I stayed at this hotel on both of my visits to Quito. The decor and charm of the hotel is what originally attracted me. Both of my rooms were beautiful and had unique character. Veronica was incredibly kind and helpful, I had a minor medical issue while here and she recommended a great clinic for me and even set up the appointment. Really above and beyond service.

Great value hotel. Rooms are a little dated but we got a whole apartment for 4 girls for ~$70. Perfect location. They let us store our suitcases even after we had to check out. Very friendly staff and good (free) breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a good location. Unfortunately, I stayed here only for two nights and was always out too early to try the breakfast but the service was excellent. Everybody was so friendly, they carried my bag, let me pay in €, ordered me a taxi to the airport, kept me updated via WhatsApp about my suitcase the Airline lost. I felt very much at home and loved my cozy room. I will stay here again whenever I come back to Quito. Muchas gracias!
